ThermoNox Australasia provides a non-toxic heat treatment process for the eradication of insects (e.g. red rust flour beetle, grain weevil, flour moth, rice weevil , tobacco beetle and bed bugs) to the cereal milling and related food manufacturing industries (pasta, breakfast cereals, snack foods and bakeries) as an effective, long lasting alternative to chemical fumigation . The heat treatment process eliminates all life stages of the insect, from egg to adult, in your production and manufacturing areas. Heat treatment in cereal milling has gained in popularity over the last 15 years. The world leading company ThermoNox (based in Germany) has carried out over 1000 successful heat treatments in 30 countries including Australia. ThermoNox Australasia has over 70 years combined experience in cereal milling and we have a complete understanding of the milling process, product specifications/requirements, cleaning and hygiene, GMP, HACCP and WH&S requirements, within the plant. We are also experienced in BRC and AIB auditing expectations and requirements.
